Small team, short distance between idea and court.
We design, build and ship everything in house — game design, art direction, backend and release. That keeps the loop tight: an idea can be in players’ hands in weeks rather than quarters, and we can keep working on a game long after launch instead of moving on.
CourtAction stretched that further than a game does: it runs on cameras bolted to a real court, on hardware we specify and video we process ourselves. Same team, same loop — a product you have to physically walk onto a court to use.
